Game Recap: Eagles 29, Commanders 18

DeJean had a big-time interception in the third quarter that helped the Eagles take control against Washington. DeJean was also a stout tackler as always and finished with four passes defended.

Jalen Hurts remained hot, completing 22-of-30 passes for 185 yards and two touchdowns. Hurts also added 40 yards on the ground. He connected early and often with A.J. Brown, who had nine grabs for 95 yards.

Barkley had an unreal 48-yard run where he spun out of a tackle behind the line of scrimmage and bolted down the left sidelined, breaking another tackle on his way. Barkley’s impressive 12-yard touchdown run gave the Eagles a two-possession lead that they would not relinquish. Barkley finished with 132 rushing yards on 21 carries and two scores.
