Kim Kardashian celebrated the opening of the new Skims store in New York City on Dec. 12 with more than one pair of shoes on hand for the occasion. Supporting her broken foot, she was spotted riding a scooter outside the store on Fifth Avenue, at one point switching into Uggs after wearing transparent mules.
Kardashian went for a bodycon look for the event, as is often her go-to look. She wore an off-white leather-like ensemble including a strapless zip-up corset-style top with a plunging sweetheart neckline. This was paired with tight-fitting pants in the same ivory hue.

The business owner wore both heels and Uggs that day, which only makes sense given her foot is currently healing from an injury. The heels were a minimalist mule style with a clear upper, a popular style often crafted with a material known as PVC. Kardashian’s pair featured a neutral-hued base and a stiletto heel. A myriad of brands offer adjacent styles, from Gianvito Rossi’s Elle shoe to Amina Muaddi’s Alexa Glass Slipper to Black Suede Studio’s Bella silhouette.
Kardashian’s Uggs, meanwhile, hailed from a collaboration between the Australian shoe company and Chrome Hearts. She wore a beige calf-height style which blended with her outfit and bore the metallic cross logo of Chrome Hearts. Shoes from the collaboration can be found on Grailed and other resale sites. The comfortable shearling-lined boot is a cozy choice for a cold December day in New York City.
As was demonstrated at the event, Kardashian’s footwear style is wide-ranging. She recently promoted her brand SKKN’s holiday collection campaign wearing wedge pumps from D’accori. She also wore a different style of clear heels when she attended the Academy Museum Gala in October.
