⁣🚨 In a unanimous 9-0 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the federal government cannot broadly strip gun rights from people simply because they are regular marijuana users. The case involved a Texas man, Ali Hemani, who challenged the law after being prosecuted for possessing a firearm while using marijuana.
